Whether you are learning to manage health issues, chronic pain, struggling to understand grief and loss, or caring for an aging loved one, you don't have to do it alone. As a trained medical family therapist, I can guide you through the complicated emotions of anger, fear, and sadness that are a natural part of the grieving process. I use many different types of therapy including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices to gently assist you on your healing journey.
